Came in randomly after receiving a ridiculous wait time for Bearcat that no food is worth waiting for. Pour House was a chance encounter. The woman behind the bar wasn't very attentive and wasn't very interactive. She made us get up from our table when the way the tables are, it would be a lot more convenient for the person who is supposed to be serving us, to serve it to us. The menu was small and had very tantalizing options, however, two of the things our small group had tried to order, they were apparently out of. Chips for nachos, and no burgers... disappointing. Overall though, the food that we received was top quality and superb flavor. The maple bacon whiskey drink, pass up on it. It's weird and too strong, this coming from a heavy drinker. Overall I would go back, just because it was some amazing BBQ, but the place has plenty of room for improvement. I ordered the Jayhawker with hickory sauce (all the sauces were phenomenal!) And Mac n cheese. Also the bomb. Give the place a try if you love amazingfoods, jjsy don't expect much "service"!

Was looking for somewhere to get a quick lunch and stumbled across this place. It's a pretty chill atmosphere with good music. I got the Jayhawker sandwich featuring brisket and pork with potato salad. The sandwich was super good with a good bit of meat on it. The pineapple bbq sauce was top-notch! Not pictured here, but the Mac n cheese was AMAZING, and the brisket quesadillia was really good, too!!

Stepped in for a quick bite to eat while visiting the Titanic exhibit. Food was good enough. They were out of a few things and we had to change our mind on what to order but the bartender (didn't catch her name, sorry) was a jewel.

Typical bar atmosphere with a great bartender and some banging brisket sliders. I wish they sold the sauce that was on the side. The potato salad and Mac and cheese were great. But the best part was the guy at the bar and the way I was treated as soon as I walked in. I will definitely go back whenever I'm in New Orleans.

From the Bartender Alyssa to the owner and his family, we were welcomed in from the flooding streets of NOLA. The BBQ was top notch! And the sides! Best baked beans I’ve had since Mama’s! You can’t go wrong coming to Pour House.

Really great place for events, we booked the whole bar but they have a lot of options to fit any budget. They went out of their way to make everything perfect. Food was amazing, staff was so much fun. Highly recommend
